Welcome to the law office of Sarah Gehring

Sarah Gehring is an attorney based in Athens, Georgia with experience advocating for tenants in landlord/tenant disputes. Their areas of practice include security deposit return, repair issues, retaliation, and eviction.

Our mission is to support the tenants of Northeast Georgia with legal advice, connection to community, and, when necessary, legal representation.

We are not taking on new clients at this time.

Meet Our Team

  • Sarah Gehring

    Attorney At Law

    Sarah obtained a B.A. at Ohio State University, and then went on to earn a law degree from George Washington University where they graduated with honors. After graduating in 2019, Sarah moved here to Athens and worked for Georgia Legal Services until early 2022 when they started this practice.

  • Erin Stacer

    Paralegal

    Erin was born and raised in Georgia. After some years in New York and Atlanta, Erin is happy to have called Athens home since 2012. They are a passionate community advocate who continues to work alongside local organizers for a more equitable and sustainable Athens.
